We ship our products within 24 hours after receiving the payment
We will make immediate contact if product you bought is out of stock
Parcels will be picked up only on working days and nothing will be shipped on weekends and public holidays
If the parcel gone missing on the way to yours or you don’t see anything after 3 working days, let us know and we will track it down for you, every parcel we send out is Track&Trace and will have a tracking number, ask if you wish to know
All products going to be shipped will be well wrapped to ensure they are safe on their way so most likely they won’t be damaged during shipping, but if you find out the products are cracked or broken after unpack, let us know and we will sort it out for you.
