-Half Price Imports will sufficiently package items for delivery
-Half Price Imports will freight items to address provided within the Metro Suburban townships mentioned in the freighting options provided
-Half Price Imports will only engage carriers will full insurance
-The Carrier will provide tracking details when items have been collected by the carrier to your email address
Insurance Policy
-Half Price Imports hold insurance over your goods whilst onsite at 134 Turners Road, Marshlands
-The Carrier that we engage will hold insurance on your goods in transit until you have signed as receiving them in acceptable condition or you have uplifted them from the Carrier's Depot.
-Your personal insurance will be responsible for your goods once the items have been signed for.
Signing for goods
Please inspect your goods thoroughly on arrival, please check the goods (not just the packaging) thoroughly before signing that you have received these in acceptable condition, please DO NOT SIGN or take possession of any items unless you are happy with them, if damage has occurred and you have accepted your goods we are unable to provide a refund or replacement, you’d need to contact your own personal insurer. If you feel the Carrier is rushing you simply DO NOT SIGN until you are satisfied, we strongly advise you do not give the Carrier Authority to Leave this.
-Freighting is arranged assuming suitable access for a Carrier Truck and flat passageway to you door.
-Carriers are not responsible for bringing items into your house and will not carry large or heavy items up or down external or internal stairs due to their H&S policy, if the Carrier cannot access your property they will contact you and goods will be taken to the nearest Depot for you to collect.
Goods can take between 1-7 working days to reach their destination depending on your location, please note this is simply an indication and I cannot make any guarantees on behalf of another independent company.
