Time Frames
Our dispatch process would generally take 1-2 business days to complete, and your order will be on its way to you from there.
We can never guarantee on actual delivery time frame and ETAs are based on top of dispatch process.
If you need to make any changes, it needs to be made within 30 minutes after payment, as otherwise your order could be dispatched already and would be hard to change details from there.
Delivery
We would be using Post Haste couriers most of times with non-signature delivery and for over-sized or over-weight order, it will go with freight companies like Streamline Freight or Toll – you would be
required to provide a best contact number especially if your order is going to be delivered by freight.
Sorry, we don’t accept PO BOX, parcelpod, and any other non-physical addresses at the moment; we also DO NOT accept Waiheke Island, and any other Island addresses.
If your order consists both general and overweight item, then it may get dispatched separately with both courier and transport carrier hence may have multiple tracking numbers and delivery time frames.
Rural Deliveries
Courier rural deliveries would take extra 1-2 business days; and freight deliveries would be to your nearest delivery depot. Please check with our Customer Service Team to confirm the depot location to arrange pickup from there.
