Things to Consider 

Please make sure that before placing your order you should confirm that all:

• Items you intend to purchase will fit in the area you have selected for it,
• Make sure that it has enough access and wide enough to go through the doors, stairwells, entrance ways and including lifts if any.

Our furniture comes flat-packed, so it is easily taken home in your vehicle or trailer. However, many items, such as lounges, sofas or wardrobes can be bulky and difficult to move or fit in into your vehicles.

Our flat pack items require some assembly. If you need assistance in assembling your furniture contact us for more details, costs, or to find out more about assembly services.

 Delivery instructions

Please make sure to add in the following details to the ‘delivery instructions’ on your purchase:

• Your telephone number
• Your preferred delivery/ address /pick up date

Please note, you must supply your own appropriate transport for any Pick Up. Please inspect your furniture carefully prior to pick-up. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused after the furniture leaves our premises.
