**COVID-19 LEVEL 3 UPDATE (28/04/20)**

We can now ship all of our products on our trade me store. CourierPost is the sole courier we will be using during this period and is coming daily.

Please note, the courier service is prioritising essential deliveries such as blood, medical supplies, food and essential home items first so we cannot guarantee that normal overnight shipping will resume during this lockdown isolation period. The couriers are suggesting time frames of 1-4 days as it will now be very busy for online ordering. We do know that deliveries will be collected daily and will be delivered as soon as possible. Please be patient during this time. As always, our customer service will be running throughout so any problems please let us know.

We send out our parts and accessories with Post Haste and CourierPost, both have a very extensive delivery network—because even those in the far reaches of Aotearoa need bits and pieces for their gadgets! We send out orders every weekday, and shipping generally takes one to three working days. Packages in the South Island can take an extra day, and rural addresses might take two to four days. If there is a battery included in your order, it could take a day or two longer due to specific laws regarding the postage of batteries. Please note we do not deliver batteries to PO Boxes or Parcel Pods.

Shipping is FREE on orders over $99 (OLED screens not included). To take advantage of this offer, just add items to your cart until your total cost reaches $99. The shipping costs will then be removed. Please note all FREE shipping will be sent with Signature. If you don't want signature please let us know.

We’re a small team, but we get your purchases to you as soon as possible. We pack every morning and the courier collects all items at 12pm. If you order before noon, your items will be sent that very same day. If you order in the afternoon, they’ll head out in the next day’s deliveries.

There will be shipping options listed at the bottom of each listing. Please choose carefully—if you don’t pick the option which best suits your address, shipping may be delayed. Saturday deliveries can be made if an item is ordered before noon on a Friday, and will cost an extra $6. Sorry, this option is only available to non-rural addresses!

We are also happy to combine shipping. You’ll pay for the largest item, and the others will be free. If you’ve already purchased another item, just choose “Combined Shipping - $0.00”.
