You are welcome to arrange to collect your purchase, but please contact us immediately after the auction closes to arrange this.

If we freight your purchase to you, we will do so as soon after the auction as we can. Freight is calculated on an individual auction basis. Freight costs will be added to the cost of your purchase. We will provide you with all the information regarding your order as soon as we place the order for shipping.

Once the appropriate freight company has picked up an order, a consignment number is issued, and will be given to you so you can track your shipment if necessary. The freight companies we use are very reputable and all care is taken in getting your order to you promptly.

Freight companies require a contact phone number to verify that someone is there to accept the order. It is your responsibility to make arrangements for delivery, and to have adequate manpower to offload your purchase.

Rarely, there may be certain circumstances beyond the control of Jacks (mechanical failure, holidays, etc.) which disrupt us getting your purchase to you as swiftly as we would like. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of any delays or problems that occur during shipment.

Acceptance of Delivery
Please hand write clearly on the consignment docket you receive from the freight company if an item arrives damaged. You must check your purchase thoroughly before signing the docket. If you do not, we have no way of claiming for any damage.
