Your order will be dispatched within the next business day, after we see payment into our nominated account (and that’s why ping is safe and great).
We will do everything we can to ensure quick and secure delivery, but ultimately, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
We use mostly larger courier companies like courier post (NZ post) aramax and post haste. You will be required to sign off upon delivery. If no one is present, a card will be left advising the nearest post office or depot where the item can be collected from, unless you have arranged it beforehand with us to be left somewhere on site safely.
Tracking details of your parcel will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, or overseas…. And we cannot do pick ups
