Customers can arrange pick up from West Auckland with us. Arrangement should be make before arrival. Please ensure you have photo ID and received invoice to collectthe product from us.
Courier Deliveries
Our preferred shipping courier is Courierpost (www.courierpost.co.nz). We ship our products by overnight service, though south island deliveries can take a extra day or so. Please do not sign for your goods until you have inspected the contents. Any goods signed for that are later found to be damaged cannot be claimed on. If your goods do arrive damaged, please do not sign and contact us immediately. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when goods are shipped from our warehouse.
