If you spend $100.00 or more on a Kathmandu product, we’ll deliver this product to you for FREE! Under this and your delivery will be charged at $5.00.  This is for all nationwide deliveries to your home or business address or post office box.

Shipping Method

We use Courier Post and PBT Couriers to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified.

Shipping Times

Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Standard NZ delivery is 2 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

Restrictions

Kathmandu’s Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces or Freight Forwarders.

Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre in Christchurch on the following holidays:

• Christmas Day

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of the above public holidays.

Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
