Our aim is to have all parcels on the courier within 24 hours (except weekends) of payment clearing in our account. We generally use castle and PBT Couriers who deliver Monday to Friday and require a signature (please advise if you want your parcel left if no one home). All parcels go track and trace and we can provide your number on request. Occasionally we use NZ Post for rural or island deliveries, these also go track and trace.
