How long will my order take to ship?
Once your order is placed it will be dispatched within 2 - 4 business days from our dedicated warehouse, then collected by one of our freight partners to deliver to your door. Special Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 - 3 weeks (Custom Orders). Bulky & Oversize Orders vary depending on the size and delivery carrier
Your parcel will be delivered by DLH ecommerce service or New Zealand Post. requiring the parcel to be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received within 72 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.
