Kultured Tech NZ pride ourselves on our super fast delivery by processing your order as quickly as possible and having it ready for the next pick up. All parcels are sent from our base in Auckland.
Courier pick-ups are Mon - Fri with nationwide delivery times between 1 - 3 days for non rural and 2 -4 days for rural delivery. (Please note no items are delivered on weekends)
All items sent by courier will have a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of delivery for your parcel. If your parcel does not arrive and the tracking number shows online it has been delivered contact us immediately to launch an investigation with NZ Post.
If your parcel is deemed to be lost or damaged during transit then (after NZ Post investigation process) we will guarantee a full replacement of the item.
The NZ Post Investigation team will need to contact you and their courier driver to check GPS location and photo confirmation of delivery which may take a few days to process.
If you are concerned about parcels going missing in your area please let us know and we can upgrade your delivery to signature courier delivery, which means the courier can only drop off the item to someone who is able to sign for it. If no one is home then the courier will leave the parcel at a pick up depot where you can collect with suitable identification
