Shipping Cost
If you spend $99 or more on a Laine product, we’ll deliver this product to you for FREE! Under this and your delivery will be charged at $5.00. This is for all nationwide deliveries to your home or business address.
Shipping Method
We primarily use Courier Post and PBT Couriers to deliver orders. However other couriers are used from time to time. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent with tracking information.
Shipping Times
All items are sent by express courier & are fully track-able. Orders received & paid in full are generally despatched the next business day.
We use a signature courier so if you are not at the address a card will be left and you will need to call the couriers to arrange for a suitable time for delivery.
North Island deliveries are generally received in 1-2 business days from dispatch (add 1-2 business days for rural locations).
South Island deliveries are general received in 2-3 business days from dispatch (add 1-2 business days for rural locations).
We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes as we require a signature on delivery for your protection, so please supply a physical street address for delivery.

Laine Home’s Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international addresses.
