All of the products that we list on TradeMe are held in-stock at our Nelson shop. Most of our orders are shipped from the shop. For non-rural customers, delivery across the South Island is normally overnight, and the North Island is typically 2 to 3 days. It is normal to add one day to these delivery times for rural addresses.
On some occasions we choose to have one of our suppliers deliver the order directly to you instead. This is only the case when we believe that this is the fastest way to get the product to you. In all cases such orders will be shipped from within New Zealand and no import duties or customs clearance delays will apply.
