We only ship domestically within NEW ZEALAND
Goods will only be shipped out once transaction payment has been received/cleared and paid.
Shipping cost are displayed with each listing, if they are not listed please contact us and we will provide the appropriate fees.
Sometimes some locations require specific delivery requirements, such as large delivery sizes or weights, we will have to investigate these fees and provide the appropriate fees.
Delivery Service
We use Courierpost, Parcelpost and Aramex for several of our deliveries in New Zealand. The cost of delivery/postage + handling fees are to cover the goods to get to you. From time to time, there will be delays often relating to logistics, environmental disasters, government laws or delivery service interruptions.

Receiving the product
If the goods are damaged from delivery, please take photos of the items and do not sign for the delivery, the delivery company will have to send it back to the sender.
Contact us with the situation of the damage item from the damage delivery, we can work out a solution when we have information.
Signing or accepting the delivery goods
When you accept and receive the goods you have accepted that the product is in good condition from delivery. In the situation of the product was damaged after delivery once opened, do let us know, take photos and explain the facts information. We will sort out the problem fairly and rectify within the NZ Laws
