All packages under 2kg are shipped using our Priority International Airmail Service from UK Royal Mail with an estimated delivery time of: 6-7 working days.

Royal Mail Policy regarding delayed, possibly lost packages, is that up to 20 working days should be allowed before any claim can be made. This is to allow for possible re-direction or re-delivery if it has gone 'astray' in some way.
