We use Post Haste courier services for all smaller items and can provide a Track and Trace via email and/or text upon dispatch of your purchase.
For larger and/or fragile items, we ship via various freight services. Due to the logistics with these companies, we are unable to provide tracking details.
If we are delivering to a business address, please ensure you give us the name of your business, and please remember we are unable to courier to PO. Boxes.
GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCKET.
If there is a broken item, please record the damage on delivery docket so we can make a claim with our freight company. Failure to do so and/or lodging a claim for broken / damaged goods after 24 hours of delivery will result in the claim being rejected.
Lead times for ALL orders are 5-10 business days and we currently do not allow for collections of any kind.
