Freight
Most freight is transported through CourierPost Couriers. Please email us if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times below:
1-3 working days within the North/South Islands
2-5 working days rural delivery & within outer islands (i.e. Stewart Island, Waiheke Island etc).
Damages or Loss in Transit
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against CourierPost Couriers directly. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit however details of any claim should be advised to us immediately.
Track and Trace
Track and trace service is available on all parcels - www.courierpost.co.nz – we will provide you with your tracking number if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times above. Please email us to receive this.
