All items are shipped from our Auckland warehouse, we make every effort to get the product to your door as swiftly as possible and will send the item(s) out as soon as the payment has been confirmed. Please allow up to 2-4 working days for delivery and longer if a rural address. Let us know if you need the item urgently and we will try to get it to you asap.We cannot deliver to a PO Box. If delivering to a Company address please ensure the company name is included. A phone number is good too as sometimes couriers can’t find you.
We always send with signature required courier to insure the safety of your item, but if you want it left non signature required we can do that any loss will not be our responsibility.
All deliveries are by Castle Parcels / PBT / Post haste courier. You are welcome to combine auctions to save freight.
