We are REALLY quick at getting items on the courier, if an order comes in before 3pm it’s normally still on the courier THAT day! Tracking details are either emailed out by the courier firm or can be found on the ‘items I won’ page (desktop trade me pages only) The vast majority of our trades get delivered the next day. Obviously South Island and Rural take longer, it depends on where you are.
Sometimes there’s a few discussions about constitutes a rural delivery, generally with most courier companies you need to be within about 10-15km of a major town/city.
Otherwise: you are rural
If you haven’t seen any cars for 3 days: you are rural
You look out your window and see sheep: you are rural
Your nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive: you are rural
Google can’t find you: you are rural
You live where there’s less than 5000 people: you are rural
That should help! The majority of our trade have free courier anyway but some of the lower priced items don’t sorry.
