Delivery – Tools and general goods

Where we agree to transport the goods to a specified place, we will deliver, or arrange delivery of, the goods to that place.

Delivery shall take place at the time when the goods are made available for despatch at our premises.

If we are to deliver the goods by instalments, and each instalment shall be treated as a separate contract.

Any time stated for delivery is an estimate only. No claim can be made by you on account of late shipment, or delivery however caused.

All freight charges shall be at your cost unless otherwise agreed and stated.
Delivery – Batteries and dangerous goods

It is free to collect a battery from one of Newlands branches during normal office hours. Please contact us if you require an alternative pick up time.

Wet Flooded Car, Truck, Deep Cycle, Motorbike and Jet ski batteries are considered Dangerous Goods. As such we can only use accredited dangerous goods carriers to deliver them safely. Due to this it may take one or two days longer to deliver your items, than non-dangerous goods carriers. Please let us know if you require alternative delivery options.
