Shipping
Shipping is only available on selected items, due to products being returned to the outlet store without any packaging, some items cannot to shipped safely.
No shipping option on mirrors.
Once your order has come through and payment has been confirmed then we will follow up with tracking details.
****Please Note: That the arrival time is an “estimate only” and the estimated delivery time may change. We recommend that you only book your plumber in when you have received the items****
DAMAGED ITEMS
Your order must be inspected on arrival, if there is any damage to your order it must be signed off as damaged and Newtech must be notified within 24hours, if the order is signed off as received in good condition and later notified as damaged, will not be replaced/refunded, or credited.
If unsure, please sign for as damaged and notify Newtech ASAP
