All items are shipped from our Nelson store, we make every effort to get the product to your door as swiftly as possible and will send the item(s) out as soon as the payment has been confirmed.
Please allow up to 2-4 working days for delivery and longer if for rural address. Let us know if you need the item urgently and we will try to get it to you ASAP. We cannot deliver to any PO Box. If delivering to a Company address, please ensure the company name is included. A phone number is good too as sometimes couriers can’t find you.
We always send with signature required courier to ensure the safety of your item, but if you want the package left non signature required, we can do that any loss will not be our responsibility.
All deliveries are by Courier Post / NZ Post / Post haste courier. You are welcome to combine auctions to save freight costs.
