Items will be shipped to your door once full payment has been received including freight charges (unless by prior arrangement). The majority of our smaller items are shipped using overnight couriers where larger are shipped using the most suitable freight provider. These larger items can take longer to deliver. South Island delivery can be 3-4 days in some cases.
We are an online company therefore do not have a physical shop. It is because of this we do not allow the store pickup option.
Upon delivery please open and inspect all parcels before signing for the courier delivery. Don’t let the courier driver rush you, this is important. We cannot be responsible for damage in transit so check the condition before signing. Once signed for you are agreeing that no damage has taken place and you are happy to accept your parcel. If damage has occurred do not sign for it and please let the driver know so they can make a note of it on their system. Let us know as soon as possible as well so we can make a claim for the damages and so that we can get a replacement on its way to you as soon as we can *if available. Our items are rarely damaged but accidents do happen.
