We use CourierPost, NZ's most extensive delivery network. CourierPost calls in for pickups several times during the day and orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your product super fast!

When your parcel is picked up you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods. To ensure a speedy delivery, we suggest you have your package delivered where you will be during working hours. However parcels can be left at your door upon request (at your own risk), please note this in the comments at check-out.
Approximate delivery times (during normal work hours, Monday-Friday) are as follows:
- Auckland - same day, or overnight if afternoon pickup
- North Island - overnight delivery
- South Island – 2-3 days with economy (for larger parcels)
Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days.
CourierPost doesn't deliver on weekends or public holidays.
