Shipping Times

Most orders are dispatched on the 3 working day.   

We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Overseas Shipping Carrier are Yanwen, YunExpress, China Post, 4Px Express, and more will continue to be added in the future.

The logistics service providers we cooperate with for the last leg are NZ Post, Fast Horse NZ, Imile, First Global and will continue to increase in the future.

Standard NZ delivery is 10-14 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.
