Standard Deliveries
We primarily use Courier Post to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. The 5 days start from the day after you receive this email from us confirming that your items(s) has been dispatched. If more than 5 days have passed from this date and you have still not received your delivery please contact us and we will be happy to investigate this for you.
For Panzer Glass products, these products will be mainly drop-shipped, though we do hold stock on hand in our OPPO Auckland office for local pick-up.
We offer delivery within New Zealand only. Please be aware items will not be dispatched on the following holidays: New Year's Day New Year’s Holiday, Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, ANZAC Day, Queen’s Birthday Labour Day, Christmas Day Boxing Day, Boxing Day Holiday. OPPO will also be on limited send-out times over the Christmas period from 20 Dec- 3 Jan.
Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days if your order is placed within two days of the above public holidays. Please note that orders placed after 12pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
Pick Up location
Your order will be fulfilled the OPPO New Zealand Office in Auckland. In case the OPPO Office doesn't have your item, it will get fulfilled from our logistics centre. In these circumstances, please allow up to 3 working days for collection.
