Shipping


Paktec uses New Zealand’s best and fastest courier “COURIERPOST” to ship the majority of our products and parcels to our customers, however large items we will use PBT.
 
Delivery times may vary:
1-2 working days of receipt of payment within the North Island.
3-4 working days of receipt of payment within South Island and Rural delivery.

Oversized or overweight items that go with PBT Transport & couriers would have more variable delivery time-frames.
 
NOTE: The shipping costs mentioned for the oversized or overweight items are an estimate only, PLEASE contact our Customer Service Team for a quote. Rural and Signature Delivery may NOT be available for these products. In some cases, the product has to be picked up from the nearest depot.
 
Therefore, you will be required to provide your phone number with the delivery details, so that the courier company can contact you once your order arrives at their depot.
 
Combined Shipping
 
We provide Combine Shipping options on applicable products for an extra $2.90, these for second item/s purchase. A Full Postage is required to be paid on the highest shipping item.
 
E.g. $8.50 for first item, then $2.90 per second item.
If you bought 5 Products, then $8.50 + $2.90 x 4 = $20.10
 
Combine shipping for large or heavy Products  is often unavailable due to their large weight or size. Therefore, our combine shipping is not automatically calculated, so please be advised that you are required to email us of all the reference number/s you have purchased with combine shipping to ensure that all product will be dispatched together. Please contact us if you have any doubt regarding shipping options.

New Zealand Order Processing Time
 
All orders are dispatched on the same or next business day after payment has been confirmed.
 
Tracking Notifications
 
When we’ve processed your order you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier information so you can track your order from our warehouse to your delivery address.
 
Order Cancellations
 
You’re welcome to cancel or change an order after it has been placed, providing it hasn’t already been processed for delivery. Once an order has been picked up by the courier, we can’t recall it. You’re welcome to return it to us for a refund/exchange once it arrives providing the items are in brand new condition.
 
Saturday Delivery
 
Please contact us if you want Saturday delivery.

Signature/ Non- signature courier
 
We usually use non-signature delivery for order of small amount. If you want signature required delivery please email us after placing order.
 
Damages and Missing Parcels
 
If your order arrives damaged, or your order has been marked as “delivered” by the courier company but has not arrived, you must contact us within 7 days to so we can lodge an investigation.
