We aim to dispatch all Orders same day,( once payment is received) apart from weekend orders which will be dispatched the next working day. All parcels are sent by NZ Courier Post, are 'Track and Traceable'/ and can be delivered to rural, household, business addresses and PO Box number. We are unable to do Saturday deliveries.
We currently do not send internationally. Holiday times do have an impact on this, so please factor this in when ordering.
If you live in a rural area please make sure to select the correct shipping option. Failure to do so may result in a delay in shipping whilst we sort it out with you.
In the rare event that a parcel goes missing, it takes some time for compensation to be issued. Both Party Online and you the customer, will have to fill out and return forms as part of the claims process.
On request orders can be picked up from our Retail Outlet Store 'Little 'Party Costumes' 131 High St, Lower Hutt.
