Pick Ups
Clients are welcome to pick up their purchase. Please contact us via phone or email to arrange collection. Please note that some orders may not be ready for immediate pick up, they may need upgrades or preparation by a technician prior to collection. Pickups will be from our workshop which is in the Buckland Beach area.
Courier Deliveries
Our preferred shipping courier is CourierPost (www.courierpost.co.nz) Most items arrive within a day or two, though South Island deliveries can take an extra day or so. Please DO NOT sign for your goods until you have inspected the contents. Any goods signed for that are later found to be damaged may be harder to be claimed on. If your goods do arrive damaged, DO NOT sign and contact us immediately.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when the courier collects them from us.
