We use Australia Post for all international order.

All information relating to shipping rates and bulky items is detailed on the product listing.

Express delivery is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox.

Please ensure you choose an address where someone will be present to receive the delivery, such as a work address.

Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Peekaboo Baby Australia takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

Should your parcel be deemed “lost in transit”, Peekaboo Baby Australia will happily replace them. A full investigation will be conducted by Australia Post to determine if a parcel is “lost in transit”. Investigation time for international parcels may take 2-3 weeks.

International custom charges

Orders over NZD$175.00 will generally incur customs taxes in New Zealand. Peekaboo Baby Australia has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Peekaboo Baby Australia will never pay these customs charges on your behalf.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Peekaboo Baby Australia will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
