PBT Couriers are our courier partner. All deliveries must be sent to a physical address not a P O Box.
Our standard practice is to require a signature on delivery of a parcel. This means you are responsible for the goods once you sign for them when they are delivered by the courier. Please ensure you check the parcel for damage before providing your signature to the courier driver.
If you do not wish to sign for your parcel you take responsibility for the parcel once it is delivered to your nominated address.
For some auctions we will provide a NZ Post option. This does not allow us to track the delivery of the parcel. We cannot advise how long it will take NZ Post to deliver. NZ Post is the slowest method for shipping your auction and if you select it you are accepting that the parcel may not be delivered within TM timeframes.
We are happy to combine freight on multiple auctions if you ask first. For some auctions you can use the freight free shopping basket option.
Please ensure you select the correct freight option. Some auctions are Free Freight but generally this does not apply if you have a RD (rural) address - please check the individual auction. It is PBT Couriers that determine if you have a RD address not NZ Post.
Please remember to tell us the colour / size you require for auctions where there is a choice. If you make payment and do not tell us what colour you would like we will send you whatever colour is available so as not to delay shipping.
If you have not specified a colour and then wish to change the colour you can return the product at your cost if in unused condition. There will be a returns shipping fee which is applicable even if the auction qualified for free shipping as free shipping only applies to the first instance.
