Shipping
Delivery is very important to the team at ProductSaver. We take care in packing and shipping your items to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.
Our couriers have 'track and trace' capabilities so you can see exactly where your parcel is. A dispatch email will be sent to you with all the details when the items are scanned by the courier upon pick-up.
ProductSaver uses Castle parcels to ship the majority of our products to our customers, however large items (over 25kgs.), we may use Mainstream couriers.
We can ship anywhere in New Zealand.
Delivery times may vary and are just an estimate only:
2-4 working days of receipt of payment within the North Island.
4-6 working days of receipt of payment within South Island and Rural delivery.
We aim to ship your item within 2 working days. If you have not received a track and trace email within three working days of winning the auction, please email us and we will provide an order update.
