Shipping
We use the following freight partners for all deliveries around New Zealand:

Post-Haste Two-Day Service is used for all standard deliveries

NZC is used for all urgent or overnight deliveries, however additional charges will apply.

Mainfreight or PBT (depending on your location) is used for large and bulky items, which is normally a two to three-day service. If you have specific delivery requirements, please ensure that you advise us at time of order so we can accommodate your needs.

Click and collect from our Nelson and Auckland warehouses between 7am and 5pm on weekdays. Please contact us prior to ensure we have the items in stock and ready for collection before arriving at our warehouse.
Please note that rural deliveries and isolated area deliveries (Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chathams and Stewart Island) can increase these timeframes.
Please ensure to provide your complete shipping address (we do not ship to PO Boxes), including any relevant business name, and delivery instructions when placing your order. If your address is incomplete, we will contact you as soon as possible to make corrections. This may incur an extra delivery fee if we are charged for a second courier delivery.
If multiple items are purchased in a single transaction, it is possible that the items will be dispatched from multiple warehouse locations.
Dangerous Goods – Gas cylinders, aerosols and chemicals are classified as dangerous goods (DG), therefore they will be shipped separately and may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive.
A copy of your tax invoice and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
