SHIPPING INFO
URBAN NATIONWIDE $9.00
RURAL NATIONWIDE $14.00
LARGE ITEMS $145.00 (quote provided if necessary)
Getting your Gifts and Homeware out quickly is our absolute priority and we have a courier collection twice daily at approx 10am & 3pm.
Your order will be picked and packed as soon as possible to ensure you get it as quickly as possible. Most orders leave the same day you ordered unless there is a delay or pre order.
Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday.
Once your order is despatched our normal expected delivery timelines:
AUCKLAND & HAMILTON DELIVERIES: 12-24 HOURS
ALL OTHER NORTH ISLAND DELIVERIES: 24 HOURS
SOUTH ISLAND DELIVERIES: 48 HOURS
Please remember over peak seasons there can be delays so we recommend getting your order in as early as possible to prevent any disappointment.
New Zealand orders are all sent using Aramex couriers and as soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you it has been shipped with the tracking number.

If you are not going to be home to receive the parcel we recommend getting it delivered to your workplace or to a residence where someone will be there to receive it.
LARGE ITEMS
Where you are ordering large items & furniture we have a standard $145 fee but we may need to offer a quote if the item is much less or much more than that.
RURAL DELIVERY
We happily deliver to rural addresses for an additional $5. Please note that these orders may take 1 to 4 days extra to arrive outside our normal expected delivery timeframe.
PO BOX DELIVERIES
Please note we do not offer a service delivering to PO Boxes.
CLICK & COLLECT
Combine the convenience of ordering online and the flexibility of picking it up at a time that suits you during the business day. As long as the items you have ordered are in stock we will notify you within 4 hours of you placing the order advising your order is ready to go and you can just drop into the store located on Garden Lane in the Botany Town Centre and pick it up. Simply place your order and select ‘PICKUP'
When collecting please give your name & order number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer International shipping to Australia only for small to medium goods – large goods can not be shipped internationally. International orders are shipped via Aramex Couriers.
ARAMEX COURIER: $28.00
Please note we cannot ship large items internationally and any large items will be refunded.
Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. So please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges which the recipient will be responsible for paying.
