For most items we offer a flat rate of $12.00 for Residential Courier Delivery and $18 for Rural Courier Delivery. Some heavy items may have slightly higher courier costs and extra large or long items may need to ship by road transport at extra cost.
It is free to collect any order from our RV Mega retail store. We can be found at:

Store pickup is available Monday to Friday only between 8am and 5pm. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours.
The anticipated delivery time will be within 1-4 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Rural, long haul and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time. If you select courier delivery and do not receive your goods within a reasonable time, please call us so that we can follow up on your behalf.
Please take the time to inspect your NEW product for damage prior to accepting receipt of it from the delivery company/driver. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. However, in this event a claim for loss or damage is required by the courier company. Please let us know immediately and we will work on your behalf with the delivery company to ensure you get the best results from your claim.
