$90 - Extra Large Product - Awnings under 3.5m, medium appliances, large water tanks, large solar panel

$150 - Oversized Product - Awnings 3.5m and over, rail tracks, large appliances, extra large watertanks, generators and large power management
To help you determine the estimated product cost (including shipping) for a given product, we
provide indicative shipping prices based on the entered qty and postcode. The actual shipping price
based on all products in the total order will be calculated at checkout based on the largest shipping
cost item and your location/post code.
Guide to Shipping Delivery Times*
Our orders will be dispatched out of our Auckland or Christchurch warehouses, products marked ‘online
only’ will be dispatched directly from our supplier.
2-3 working days - Residential and Business delivery addresses
3-5 working days - Rural delivery addresses (dependent on rural delivery service)
Up to 7-14 working days - Items sent directly from Suppliers
Guide to Freight Companys We Use
Small to Large products will be sent via Post Haste Couriers and a tracking link will be automatically
emailed to you. Extra Large to Oversized products will be sent via Mainfreight or direct from our
Suppliers, tracking (consignment information) of these items is available by request.
Guide to Shipping Costs for Outer Island Delivery
We deliver to most locations in New Zealand. Our couriers and freight forwarders charge an additional fee to deliver to the following locations and we have to pass on that fee.
• Waiheke Island - an additional charge of $22.50
• Chatham Islands – additional charge dependent on order TBC
• Stewart Island – additional charge dependent on order TBC
• Great Barrier Island – additional charge dependant on order TBC
Once you order, we will contact you to confirm the exact shipping charge for these locations or contact
us via phone or email and we will happily provide you with a quote.
International Delivery and Postal Boxes
Sorry, we only deliver to New Zealand and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Although we are happy to send your order to your freight forwarder or shipping agent within
New Zealand. Contact us to find out more.
