Shipping & Delivery
At Scent Droplet, every order is prepared and packed with care by our small family business in Levin. We want your fragrances to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.
During particularly busy periods, promotions, new releases or public holidays, processing may occasionally take a little longer. If there is a significant unexpected delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.
New Zealand Delivery
We currently deliver Trade Me orders within New Zealand.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:

North Island: 1–3 business days

South Island: 2–4 business days

Rural addresses: Please allow additional time
These are estimated courier timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, courier network delays, rural delivery, weekends, public holidays and peak periods can occasionally affect delivery.

Rural Delivery
Please select the rural shipping option if your delivery address is classified as rural by the courier.
Rural deliveries generally take a little longer and may carry an additional courier surcharge.
If an urban delivery option is selected for an address that the courier identifies as rural, we may contact you before dispatch to arrange the additional rural delivery charge.
This helps us keep our shipping prices fair for both urban and rural customers.
Combined Shipping
Buying more than one fragrance?
Where practical, we are happy to combine multiple Trade Me purchases into one parcel so you are not unnecessarily paying separate courier charges.
If you are purchasing multiple listings, please use the Trade Me options available to contact us regarding combined shipping.
Combined shipping will depend on the size, weight, packaging requirements and destination of the complete order.
Tracking
Our parcels are sent using tracked courier services where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be provided through the applicable Trade Me or courier notification system.
Please allow a little time after receiving the tracking number for the courier's tracking system to register the parcel.
