Processing Information:
Please allow 1 business day for processing the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). All our products are located in Auckland, New Zealand. We do not ship from other international locations.
As soon as your order is packed and dispatched we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 -4 days. Australian orders allow up to 8 working days.
For orders taking longer than expected to arrive:

Check any confirmation correspondence from NZ post or AU Post in your inbox or junk folder

Identify tracking status and updates.

Check delivery details are correct

Check for any correspondence left by couriers – delivery cards or phone calls.

Check any safe areas that a courier may have left your package around your property. In letterboxes, behind gates, under outdoor furniture – generally in the vicinity of your front door.

Incorrect delivery addresses provided to us

Parcels left unattended at the delivery address

Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's unavailability

Customs clearance delays or charges for international shipments
Customers are advised to track their parcels and contact the delivery company directly if any issues arise during shipment. We will, however, provide solutions in accordance with our policy for products lost or damaged in transit. Please refer to our returns policy.
