Shipping
Delivery:
We use variety of shipping companies such as DHL, Star-Track depending on the size and destination of your order.
We process all orders within 1-5 working days after payment has been confirmed.
We have multiple warehouses located in Australia/Overseas and orders can be delivered to you within 2 to 3 weeks.
Please note some heavy items may take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver.
Tracking will be provided once the order is shipped out.
Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc. The standard delivery hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday).

All orders are shipped with registered tracking which we will provide
Po Box:
Unfortunately we do NOT accept P.O. Box address for delivery.
Undeliverable address & returned items:
If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, Simply Wholesale reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for delivering the order again.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
All items shipped from overseas directly to you may incur customs charges and taxes, including GST. The buyer is responsible to pay any applicable customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches New Zealand.
