Delivery / Delivery Policy
We offer FREE LOCAL Delivery in the Manurewa area and we can also deliver to other areas ‘When we are in the area’ All delivery fees must be paid prior to delivery and the goods must be paid in full before delivery. The purchaser is welcome to collect the goods from our store during our operating store hours. Our delivery service is offered where there is clear and easy access to the requested destination on the sales docket. e.g. living & dining rooms, bedrooms, laundry or garage.
We will not rearrange or dismantle furniture, remove doors, windows, door handles, doorstops etc to get the item’s you have purchased into your home.
If the article will not easily go into your home we will leave it in an alternative place, e.g. the garage or carport.
Our delivery service is to supply and deliver the item’s you have purchased to your address, unfortunately time does not allow for us to do more than this.
It is your responsibility to ensure items will fit e.g. stove in space, lounge suite through doors ways, furniture up stairways etc.
We will not return item’s to the store that you have purchased that do not fit into your home.
When we deliver to your home all care is taken not to damage your property, but we will not be held responsible if any damage does occur.
If you are not at home at the pre-arranged time for the delivery then we will have to charge a minimum of $55- to redeliver. (This even applies to goods that are sold with free delivery).

In these terms and conditions ST means Southern Traders
ROMALPA CLAUSE title of these goods is retained by the vendor until full payment is received
1. You must keep all Secured Property under your control at the address as ST approves.
2. Until you have paid in full for any furniture brought from ST you must not, sell, transfer or create another Security Interest or give up possession of the Secured property. Or do anything which might threaten ST’s rights to repossess them. Or take them out of New Zealand.
3. When ST is entitled to repossess Secured Property it may through its agents enter into any place where ST believes the Secured Property is held. You authorise ST and its agents to gain entry to the premises using any means deemed necessary to complete such repossession without in any way being liable to you or any other person.
4. ST or its agents may at any reasonable time inspect the Secured Property on giving reasonable verbal or written notice.
5. You indemnify ST and its agents against all claims, actions, costs and losses any of them may suffer or incur through the repossession or attempted repossession of Secured Property however arising. Whilst ST will endeavour to care for your Secured Property ST will not be responsible for any damage to Secured Property occurring during or after repossession.
Shipping:
All shipping expenses must be paid by the customer, every item shipped will be by track and trace. However we will not be liable for any lost items during transit.
