Shipping Method
We use DHL Express to ship your order from Australia to New Zealand in the quickest possible timeframe. If your order is over $1,000 you may be contacted by DHL and asked to pay some fees associated with customers clearance. The quicker you respond to DHL, the quicker you will receive you order.
Shipping Times
Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. We deliver via a tracked DHL Express service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with DHL.
You should allow about a week to receive your order. It may be quicker but it’s hard to say with international shipping.
Other Considerations
We are based in Australia, between Brisbane and Gold Coast. We do not ship on local public holidays which may differ from those you have in New Zealand.
Whilst we try our very best to ensure that everything listed on TradeMe is in stock and ready to ship to you, there will be some occasions where products have been sold via other platforms and may be temporarily out of stock. We something is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we can and let you know when more stock is due to arrive. We will also give you an option for a full refund.
