The majority of our smaller items are shipped via overnight on New Zealand Couriers or if larger items via a 2-day truck service, once full payment (including any additional freight costs) has been cleared.

Delivery to rural addresses and remote areas can add additional cost to the delivery price quoted and customers who live in these regions must let us know and also be aware their delivery times may be longer.  Also please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions.

Please open and inspect all parcels before signing for the courier delivery and if damaged in transit please ensure the courier has recorded this and notify us immediately.
