We use PBT couriers, rural delivery areas follow PBTs system, if you are not sure please check “rural finder” in PBT website. Sorry we cannot send items to PO boxes. Waiheke & Other Islands – Please Enquire.
We also use mainfreight transport oversized items (eg: fridge or bulk order), customers need to pick up at the nearest Mainfreight depot.
We dispatch most of purchases on same day or next working days of receiving the payment, except weekend and public holiday. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay. Deliveries require a signature on arrival & nothing is sent via standard post.
