We deliver to addresses and post office boxes within New Zealand and Australia.
 
Your parcel will be delivered by New Zealand Post within New Zealand. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
 
Even though we take pride in the care we take with packing all of our orders, sometimes, accidents or errors happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.
 
OUR DISPATCH TIMES ARE GENERALLY SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY.
 
Our main warehouse is based in Australia and we send using Australia Express Post / New Zealand Post. Delivery time average around 4-6 business days. (Covid makes it difficult to provide accurate estimates lately)

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you check parts OEM numbers prior to buying the parts for your vehicle. Orders that are paid for are considered final and will be dispatched as a priority. Any queries after purchasing may not be able to be resolved prior to dispatch. Return costs will be the buyers responsibility.
