All products are either in stock or if ordered will take 7-14 working days after order is confirmed.
Auckland Area
We deliver all items some areas of Auckland only for $45.00 to $55.00. Please discuss us the freight charges as they vary. Please note only one driver for delivery. U must be present to help lift the couch. Advise in advance if u are on 2nd floor or if the access is narrow as the charge will vary. The shipping times vary according to carriers availability and can some times be from 2-5 working days. If that is not suitable, we would recommend to liaise with freight companies yourself or arrange pick up. Please send us your address and phone number ASAP if u want me to arrange the delivery.
Outside Auckland Area
Please liaise with the freight companies directly. Efficient Carrying company, United Carriers and many more are available in Yellow pages.
Pick ups
If you are collecting goods, please email or call me to arrange a time for pickup. We can only have one truck loading at a time. All goods must be picked up in 5 days. You may choose to bring cash for pick up only if you are picking up in 2 days or else deposit the funds in the account.
Please ask for a quote or refer to specification in each auction.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost in transit we will do our best to locate it, and if required place a claim. We do not offer refunds until the delivery company have completed their investigation and a claim has been paid out. Sofa Creations will maintain correspondence with you during this time, keeping you fully informed of all progress.
