Shipping
The Watch Factory offers secure Express shipping to every address in New Zealand for $15 per order. We use Australia Post’s International Express network which allows you to track your order.
For the security of your order, your parcel will need to be signed for when delivered. If no one is home to sign for your parcel, it will be taken to your local post office for you to pick up at a convenient time.
How long will shipping take?

Metro Areas: 2 – 4 Working Days

Regional & Rural Areas: 4 – 8 Working Days
Orders are dispatched the next business day after you've placed your order. Your order will take 2 to 4 business days to be delivered to you if you live in major cities, towns and metro areas. If you live in a regional or remote area, it will take longer.
During peak holiday times, deliveries may take longer. On rare occasions, some parcels may be delayed by New Zealand customs.
