Combined Shipping – Save When You Buy More

Combined shipping is available on every product in our store.

Add as many items as you like to your cart.

Choose standard shipping for the item with the highest shipping cost, then select combined shipping for everything else.

You pay full shipping only once, and the rest ships at the combined rate.
Fast Dispatch

Orders are processed on the same day or the next business day after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

All orders ship from our New Zealand warehouse.
Tracking Your Order

We'll email you tracking details as soon as your order is packed.

Tracking goes live after 8:00 pm, once the courier has collected and scanned your parcel.

You can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Signature Delivery

We use a non-signature courier service as standard, so your parcel can be left safely at your address.

Need a signature on delivery? Just let us know before your order is dispatched and we'll arrange it.
Changing Your Mind or Cancelling

You can cancel your order any time before it leaves our warehouse.

If your order has already been sent, you're welcome to return the item. Once it arrives back with us, we'll refund the item price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but it hasn't reached you, please get in touch.

We'll arrange a replacement or lodge an inquiry with the courier and keep you updated.
