Can I pick up my purchased item from your store in Auckland?
No – all products purchased online are shipped straight from our distribution warehouse to your door.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to New Zealand addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Overseas orders will not be fulfilled.
How much is the freight/shipping?
Freight charge will be displayed at time of checkout.
When will I receive delivery of my order?
All orders placed through Tool Time Online are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouses in Auckland, meaning you receive your order sooner. For orders placed Monday – Friday, delivery is typically within 3 days. Please note, some dangerous goods items (eg: flammable products) may incur a slight delivery delay due to DG freight requirements.
