Deliveries:
Deliveries will be despatched ASAP by courier after payment is received and cleared. Be aware that items can take approx. 2 – 7 business days for the courier to deliver and it may take a few days for payment to show in our bank account.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their delivery address is correct before making any purchase. We utilize a system of automatic printing for dispatch to increase efficiency, which uses the delivery address sent to us via Trade Me. Thus we cannot guarantee the accuracy or be responsible for any delays if the buyer decides to modify their address after purchase, but we will try our best to assist.
IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK PRODUCT FULLY BEFORE PLACING HIS/HER SIGNATURE FOR THE COURIER.
The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 24hrs of receiving the item. Handy Hardware reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
IN NO EVENT, SHALL HANDY HARDWARE LTD HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AGAINST ANY SIGNED SHIPMENT.

You are more than welcome to come to our store to pick up purchases. But as we are a busy store, please indicate that your purchase is via TradeMe and bring your purchase reference number, and if you have paid online, you must bring a legal photo ID. This way we can ensure that the process is fast and smooth.
To guarantee stock for online purchase collections (pick ups), please contact us to confirm item availability prior to pickup at the pickup address.
Handy Warehouse Ltd is both a physical store and an online store. We normally carry sufficient stock at the physical store. But stocks may run out at physical store from time to time and needs to be replenished from our storage address elsewhere.
CASH, EFTPOS or CREDIT CARD is Available in Store.
Combined Shipping:
We provide Combine Shipping options on applicable products for an extra $1.50 or $1.00, these for second item/s purchase. A Full Postage is required to be paid on the first item.
E.g. $8.50 for first item, then $1.50 per second item.
If you bought 5 Products, then $8.50 + $1.50 x 4 = $14.00
Combine shipping for Hardware Products is often unavailable due to their large weight or size. Therefore, our combine shipping is not automatically calculated, so please be advised that you are required to email us of all the reference number/s you have purchased with combine shipping to ensure that all product will be dispatched together. Please contact us if you have any doubt regarding shipping options.
